ZanAqua 1200 Pure Water Control System™
- Maintain a ready supply of pure water for your laboratory or process needs with
the ZanAqua 1200 PWCS. The system's electronic sensors check the water
purity and quality and at several points and the 1200 PWCS Purelogic™
processor controls the circulation of product to meet the programmed quality
and quantity needs.
- STEP ONE: Pretreatment - Influent source water is pre-filtered and
softened to meet the specifications of the purification unit to be used.
STEP TWO: Purification - The 1200 PWCS can accommodate any
purification technology, but why not get the best bacterial and endotoxin
rejection rate available (99.99999% or 7Log) with a ZanAqua Element™. The
1200 PWCS and the ZanAqua Element is the perfect combination.
STEP THREE: Storage, Quality Control, Post purification
polishing and delivery - The 1200 PWCS can produce, manage and
deliver up to 1,200 gallons of pure water to your lab per day (other capacities
available by request). The quality of the water is tested at two points, right after
leaving the ZanAqua Element and just before the product is released from
storage for use. If the quality is not equal or better than the preset quality
control specifications, the water is reprocessed. Product water is reprocessed
as the system capacity and demand allow.
